And we spent lots of energy arguing with each other about exactly what should – and should not – be part of our jobs. So it’s important to remember *WHY* we do what we do – and to find some joy in it. We love our products, are passionate about our end users, and are deeply empathetic as well as analytical.

What’s the start and end time? Will any meals be served?For the Conference day, doors open at 8 am Lisbon time and content begins at 9:30 am and ends at 4:30 pm on Friday, October 4th. Will there be any certification for those participating in the Productized Conference 2024?Yes, there will be a certification for those participating in the Productized Conference 2024. However, only participants who have purchased 2-day or 3-day All-Access tickets will be entitled to receive the training certification. Attendees who join us for the conference day on October 4th will receive a participation certificate. This ensures that those engaging in the entire training sessions are recognized for their comprehensive involvement while all participants are acknowledged for their attendance.

Is there a refund policy?Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person at least 48 hours before the event.
