David McNeill is an international product leader with over a decade of experience managing global teams across the US, China, Japan, Germany, and Portugal. He has built and scaled software products in diverse verticals, including international relocation, connected fitness, free-to-play games, and social networking, working in both early-stage startups and mature multinational companies.

Beyond product leadership, David is a remote entrepreneur and expat coach, having founded Expat Empire in 2018 to empower people to live and work abroad. He has helped hundreds of people navigate international moves through coaching, content, and community initiatives.
