Product Leaders are in the people business, we just happen to build products! Somehow, nearly every conversation regarding product management is about tools, frameworks, and features. The goal of my presentation/workshop is to remind product professionals that product begins and ends with people. Oh, and how "managing the middle" is simply managing stakeholders.
