With nine years of experience in the Copenhagen tech scene, she has grown into a leader who builds product teams from the ground up and champions human-centric, impactful technology. Mareike combines bold vision with a people-first approach, striving to redefine what leadership means in spaces that remain underrepresented across organizations.

Known for being candid yet inclusive, she excels at creating alignment and shared understanding across teams, executives, and stakeholders. Outside of work, she dreams of opening a children’s bookstore, inspired by her lifelong role model, Pippi Longstocking.
