The Missing Link in AI: AI Agents using your computer like you do
The biggest opportunities for AI are still ahead of us, not behind. Most of what we do—whether running a business, managing our lives, or getting things done—happens inside applications designed for humans. When AI can't operate in these environments, it remains a feature, not a force multiplier. This talk introduces computer-using agents (CUA): AI that interacts with software the way people do, completing tasks end-to-end across the tools we already use. No redesigns. No new platforms. No asking people to change their workflows. We'll explore why this represents a fundamental shift in what AI can actually do—and what it means for the next generation of products.
What You Will Learn
• Why AI's impact has been smaller than its capability
• How CUA agents that operate software unlock exponential utility
• What this shift means for the future of AI products
